Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a crust.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then allow it to cool.
Making the Cheesecake
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- Fold in the whipped cream until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
- Top with sliced strawberries and drizzle with strawberry sauce if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
Serving
- Slice and serve the cheesecake cold, garnished with extra whipped cream or sliced strawberries.

Notes
