Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1.5 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 0.5 cups butter, melted
  • 0.25 cups sugar
Cheesecake Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped cream Can use store-bought
Toppings
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor.
  • 0.25 cups strawberry sauce (optional) For drizzling on top.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a crust.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then allow it to cool.
Making the Cheesecake
  1. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
  4. Top with sliced strawberries and drizzle with strawberry sauce if desired.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
Serving
  1. Slice and serve the cheesecake cold, garnished with extra whipped cream or sliced strawberries.

Notes
